You may return Baby-Comp / Lady-Comp within 14 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping and handling costs of $15.00USD, if it is unused and packed in the original packaging including any accessories and manuals shipped with the product. Returns after 14 days will be subject to a variable restocking fee. A 10% restocking fee applies to units returned 15-30 days after delivery. A 30% restocking fee applies to units returned between 30-60 days after delivery. Please note: The thermal sensor must remain sealed in the original plastic wrap. If the seal is broken and the product is returned a charge of $37.00USD will apply in addition to any applicable re-stocking fees.

You may return Pearly within 14 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping and handling costs of $15.00USD, if it is unused and the Pearly has not been removed from the original clear plastic wrap. All accessories and manuals must be returned with the product. The Pearly may be returned up to 60 days following purchase, however, returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

The product serial number must be documented on the original invoice, a copy of which must be included with the return.
